EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In today’s society, our youths face a tremendous battle for survival.  Many youths are not only challenged with peer pressure, which results in the use of drugs and alcoholic substances, but challenges of teen violence that result in the death of our youth.  Many prominent role models and organizations are emerging spreading positive messages urging our youths to stay in school and say no to drugs, alcohol, sex, etc.  These are the messages that PRO-Youth, Inc. resonates as well as message of building youth, families and communities.  PRO-Youth targets youths at the middle and high school level.  Our mission is to be a positive reinforcement on youth. 

PRO-Youth’s purpose is to become a positive factor in motivating our youths to reach beyond peer pressure, to encourage education and good health & nutrition and to change the hearts and mind of those that contemplate and/or commit violence.  Our goal is to work alongside public school systems by coordinate weekend programs, fundraising efforts and other initiatives to enhance the talents and lives of our youths.

Keeping our goals in mind, we are motivating our youths.  We want to allow them to have a positive role model who challenges them to excel and achieve the best in their lives by using their abilities and talents.  By example, that’s exactly what PRO-Youth is about.

Through corporate support, PRO-Youth can reach its goals and potential.  PRO-Youth is a nonprofit organization that seeks support from corporations, small business and individual donations.  Our fundraising initiatives will consume more than 50% or our annual income to pay staff and overhead.  This goal is to raise Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000).  Our goal can make a difference in many lives.  Becoming a corporate sponsor will assist in continuing our mission.

 QUALIFICATION TO BECOMING A PRO-YOUTH MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER:

 ACCOUNTABILITY:  Reports direct to V P of Marketing

 JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for spreading positive messages, for being a  role model, for being a motivator and for teaching the importance of friendship and sportsmanship.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Spreading positive messages to youths:

Speaks to middle and high school students.  Encourages education, drug free body, sportsmanship, good health and nutrition.

Being a Role Model:

Increase moral awareness of the consequences of lack of education, use of illegal substances, the positive affect of good health, exercise and nutrition and also increase the awareness of the widespread phenomenon of teen violence and ways to combating this problem.

Being a Motivator:

Motivates students to develop good qualities, to participate in school sports, clubs and activities and challenges our students to excel and continue to reach for their goals.

Teaching Friendship and Sportsmanship:

Divulges the importance and rewards of establishing friendship and displaying good sportsmanship in our day-to-day activities.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Professional athlete, Corporate Executive, Small Business Owner, Celebrities, several years experience in speaking to youths, articulate, motivated and available to speak to youth.
